Former Employee – worked at General Mills
Pros – The people leadership that you learn is great. I learned from a lot of great people.
Cons – They pride results more than people. Had an ops manager who cared very little for his people and were just there to get things done. Not the norm but they were not dealing with him. Kiss up and Kick down.
