    Just went through a large reorganization
    Current product portfolio composed of big brands that currently do not align with changing consumer trends

    Advice to Management

    Continue to look into buying and developing up and coming natural/organic startups. More moves like the recent Annie's acquisition will be key in keeping a relevant portfolio.

    Excellent culture, values and pay. Strong emphasis on development.

    Cons

    Our plant closed and we were not in a position to relocate. Due to lack of facilities on the coast, I left the company.

    Pros

    It's an extremeley family friendly copmany. People work to live, not live to work. The people are also extremely bright and ambitious - coming from top schools across the country.

    Cons

    Culture of collaboration results in slow decision making and bureaucratic processes. Pretty rigid promotion structure that limits the upward momentum of top talent.
