Lack of career advancement - after 5 years at the company you would still be considered a newcomer and the scope of responsibility of your position would be quite limited. Also, you wonder, is senior leadership running the company right?

even f Rick has the support of the board and some key shareholders, I think he has been slow to act, and more reactive than proactive
