    Pros

Great work environment, discounted (sometimes free) travel opportunities. Employees have a nice level of autonomy, but with help and support from top management when needed. Decent pay and benefits.

    Cons

For sales personnel, large geographic territories require a lot of travel for work. Many trade shows are consumer-related and are held on weekends, often back-to-back in cities that are far apart. Due to small size, not many opportunities to "climb the corporate ladder."

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work regarding corporate culture and attitude toward employees. Grow the company, by strategic acquisitions if necessary, to be able to keep up with larger competitors and gain pricing leverage among suppliers.

  2. Lowest Employee Morale I have ever experienced.
