Cons

not innovative. The firm is very very conservative. Lack of professional growth. Quite impossible to make career inside. It is not an international environment despite the firm is one of the grater insurance firm in the world.
Top management is really distant from workers and middle management are not always good

Advice to Senior Management

be innovative! you have not only to follow competitors. HR might try to be more transparent describing the job for what really is.

Pros

Great working environment, co workers are mostly great people and friends. Company is well known so customer are willing to listen to you.

Cons

The company is really cheap, just 3 computer for 30 people, they don' t work for most of the time and there is a jealousy going on between employee about incomes.

Invest a little bit on technology rather than on non useful training
