    Pros

    Genesis is a smaller firm that allows for a more entrepreneurial outlook on one's career. You are able to see the entire business process and expand your skills and specialties. Good upper level management that attract client work and allow for great opportunities.

    Cons

    Genesis is a smaller firm that does not carry the same weight as other large consulting firms. Genesis is also limited on some of the perks offered by other larger firms.
