Pros – This company doesn't make you feel like you are a slave to your job. They want their employees to be happy and enthusiastic about their jobs.

Cons – Tough job applications which require a long form for references to fill out;, which makes it difficult to hire. PT's seem to be overstressed with paperwork.

Advice to Senior Management – More facility wide positive reinforcements when buildings or people do well.

Cons – Only prn work available at this time. Looking forward to a full time position.

Pros – very helpful and friendly DON and medical director. Nurses are very helpful to eachother and work well as a team.

Cons – Alot of bickering between shifts. Staffing was often not adequate and as a result, patient and family satisfaction with care suffered.

Advice to Senior Management – Encourage the nurses to better communicate their issues and concerns in constructive ways. Allow nursing to make more desicions on unit functions.
