    Pros

Great people to work with. Good customer service. Techs go above and beyond to make aure that the customers are happy.

    Cons

Management is clueless. They make rash decisions without talking to employees that know how things work. Not enough employees to adequately handle workload.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees.

    Pros

The position is not challenging and affords the flexibility to take on other opportunities such as school. The position also is fairly easy and management does not micromanage you unless you do not fulfill your responsibilities.

    Cons

The position does not pay very well and there are no health benefits or vacation, which is to be expected of a part time position.

    Advice to Management

A pay increase may entice employees to stay rather than making this position a stepping stone.
