Pros
The newest contact center solution

Sales Performance was down and the businees area was Niche industory.
Pros
This used to be a GREAT company with visionary leadership and supportive open work culture. Genesys was performing well in the market with increased market appreciation. Proudly serving 250 of the Fortune 500 companies with products and services successfully competing with WebEx, Microsoft, Adobe and others. We have since mid 2008 been aquired by West Corporation/Intercall and the views given here are reflecting this change. All to the worse.
Cons
West/Intercall management have no strategies whatsoever. Ingnorant attitudes and are running a very in-efficient disintegrated organisation. Genesys values and unique positioning no longer exist and is replaced by "just sell"
Advice to Senior Management
My advice to the owners/board of WEST corporation is to review the Senior Management of their companies. This will not work in the long run.
