Employees are valuable asset to the company so better be honest to them rather giving falsehood commitments and screwing their careers.

grow technologically, offer clients some higher end stuff, graduate up from MIS and reporting

Hike up or else you'll keep on losing people, overall I'm satisfied with the kind of work but it's been long time since an "acceptable" hike.

Employer Choice, flexibility, they invest good amount of money on traning, quality is their backbone

Wont pay good salary for mid level employees, some managers are useless they should be cleaned
