The Company's size, its brand name and client list and logos are a major strength. The Company also has a strong-hold on BPO industry.

Cons

The working environment at Genpact is quite unprofessional. There is lack of respect for employees and their opinion is not given any regard.

Genpact needs to make its Human Resource dept. stronger and independent of Operations. They ought to champion employees' cause as well.

Poor management - Management can be too picky
No work-life balance - they work you beyond 8 hrs, not a 9 to 5 job

We will get lot of opportunities to various MNC project and very flexible work. WE have many collegues helping for our career. We can choose our worktimings.
