Details
Pros
The company is like a family. Everyone cares about everyone else from the President to the receptionist. I was honored to be a part of such a wonderful comany.
Cons
Genpact is a servicing comany therefore it is not just up to Genpact for job security. They do all they can to keep their staff if one comany leaves, but there is no always a position for everyone and that can be hard to understand

Pros
Although not terribly attractive now, working for a company providing IT services for the mortgage industry proved to be educational.
Cons
Working in the mortgage industry, working for an overseas employer who viewed American workers as less equal than their Indian counterparts regardless of merit or performance.
Advice to Senior Management
Split Genpact Mortgage Services from Genpact.
