    Pros

    Haven't found any at all.......

    Cons

Paperwork is beyond ridiculous and repetitive. Absolutely no orientation process. Totally disorganized sending 2 people into the same area to see patients. Very large territories for patients even larger to cover for on call. All that's cared about is admissions and money!!!!

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees. Don't expect them to work 8 hours and then have to be on call and then expect them to do 2-3 admissions .

    Pros

There are some great people that work there. Otherwise, I had a very poor experience working there, and don't have anything else positive to say about the company. I liked many of my co-workers, but the management staff on upward I was very unimpressed with.

    Cons

Treat employees poorly and don't value them; unorganized; poor communication with staff members; little room for advancement and growth; employee concerns not looked into/resolved

    Advice to Management

Treat the employees with respect and value them; listen when there are issues, research those issues, and take the appropriate actions to resolve those issues

    Pros

Flexibility on when to see your patients.

    Cons

Paperwork. If you are willing to do work while trying to have dinner with your family and it being your first meal of the day, this job is for you! The responsibilities in this career with this company will have you up all hours of the night worrying and working while also working all day.

    Advice to Management

Look for staff burnout and supply help.

    Pros

Run away fast ! This company is money hungry and shows no respect for their employees or clients. If you like to work 50 hours a week out in the field then work another 20 hours at home on the weekends catching up on charting .Go for it..you only get paid for each visit you make .It will cost you money to work for this company.

    Cons

There was a krispy cream donut shop i could go to after our weekly gripe sessions.

    Advice to Management

Show some Respect ! Have your employees backs and advocate for them . ie more pay, higher reimbursement for mileage.

    Cons

LPN's are not treat fairly. I know what I am doing and make sure to report off to the Case manager. LPN's are treated like a low level employee that is not really welcome, but is tolerate

    Advice to Management

Hire LPN full time and allow Us to show you what we really can do and how we can help the team as will as pay us fairly

    Pros

    Cons

Office staff doesn't support field staff. Work load is heavy and productivity requirements are high. Paperwork is extensive for each visit.

    Advice to Management

Corporate: reducing PTO for long term employees is not good for employee morale.
