    Pros

    Quality of people; excellent compensation and benefits

    Cons

    HR department too involved in running the day-to-day activities of the business; dysfunctional senior leadership team.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Let go of all of the power point presentations and get back to basics when running the business. There is too much focus on form and not on substance.
