    Pros

Active social committee, big projects, trusts employees, good training, friendly people

    Cons

Low salary, different managers set different standards of work ethics/conduct. Not always transparent.

    Advice to Management

Company needs to treasure more field work and the people who are willing to do it. Be aware that a good salary is the best way of making people treasured and satisfied.

    Pros

Get to work on fairly large projects even with only one office. The large projects are within the DC metro area. Small office and more community feel rather than large corporate environment.

    Cons

Sometimes limited resources due to the smaller nature of the company which may delay obtaining equipment or supplies which might be needed for jobs.

    Advice to Management

Continue to look for ways at expanding your service line so you can keep growing in size, revenue, and quality employees.

  5. Much Better Company to work for than the bunch others in same tier!

Former Employee - Engineer in Ashburn, VA

    Pros

    - very friendly people - good environment for women and even minorities - a progressive attitude if the of the upper management - I would say one of the great small businesses to work for

    Cons

    - A good amount of Project Managers have Geology degrees and recommend engineering solutions without a sound thinking - As far you are a graduate, they will take you..and make you go on construction sites dealing with concrete even if you are a environmental science major

    Advice to Management

    - Put emphasis on training people on job sites - don't throw people on sites for six months doing mindless work they will get frustrated and leave
