    Pros

Good company but not when the oil field is slow.

    Cons

Too many field crew managers and when quality policies are needed to be set concrete, no one is willing to take the action of putting them in place.

    Pros

The location is right in the middle of the seismic corridor and just off the beltway. The people are very professional and friendly. The software for processing was developed by in-house engineers and is very user-friendly. The pay was on scale with the industry and one can move up by working hard.

    Cons

Computer resources could improve and the conference rooms could be widened to accommodate more people.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be more one-on-one contacts with upper management and processing.

    Pros

Pay in management can be rewarding with extensive travels around the globe.

    Cons

The corporate office has a disconnect with their employees in the field. HR is a mess to say the least as they're left hand knows nothing of the right.

    Advice to Management

Train your corporate team the minimal fundamentals of what your industry is about so they have a better understanding of operations and where the true money makers are...in the field!

    Pros

Good management team - fun to work with....lots of good projects for people to work on - makes it interesting to come to work

    Cons

Tough business climate - resources are slim so people have to make do with whatever is available. Sometimes they make bad long terms decisions to avoid short term financial pain

    Advice to Management

Keep getting the business cleaned up so we can perform better as a company

    Pros

Great people and very interesting problems and challenges

    Cons

No clear career path/opportunities, bad compensation and poor development programs

    Advice to Management

Better compensation for positively reviewed employees. If the company is in bad shape be upfront and let the employee know he is doing a good job, and when times improve, an appropriate compensation will come
