    Pros

    Very technical set of folks, high end consultancy, good benefits

    Cons

    entrenched groups, unnecessarily competitive amongst groups, lot of attrition lately

    invest in new and young blood

    I worked at Geomatrix

    Pros

    The people are great. It is a small to medium size privately held firm that is very employee oriented.

    Cons

    Because of the small size, it is sometimes difficult to get the company to do in depth training and you don't always have the technical support of the senior consultants when it is really busy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The relationship that senior management has with their employees is usually really great, although sometimes more feedback (good and bad) is required throughout the year and not just at the review time. More technical support is sometimes required for junior staff from the senior managers.
