    Pros

Geometric, being a mid-sized company (in terms of revenue and employees), always thinks on building comprehensive Engineering solutions through it's niche products and services.
Employee friendly, lot of freedom and space for employees to work and innovate.

    Cons

Simply cannot get out of it's size bracket, what I mean is, its revenue has not grown from last 5 years and this made me as an employee very nervous about it's future.
Senior management positions are changing constantly and this did not give a firm direction to the company's vision.
Salaries need to be updated on par with industry standards.
Employee related perks and benefits are non-existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lack of leaders (not managers) is what Geometric is lacking. Get that right and I think Geometric will be back to one of the preferred employers.

    Pros

For an Entry level engineer this place is good to start their career and gain experience.

    Cons

As you work at client location your communication with employer is limited and you feel you dont belong to anybody.
If you are lucky at clients location you will learn better because most of the projects have repetitive works. Time studies, validation, line balancing etc.,
Performance evaluation is poor because of lack of communication between client and employer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I understand U have many things to take care of instead of taking care of ever single employee but Management should communicate well in advance with the client on educating the employee more on the project rather locking him down at one point.
