    Pros

    - You get to work with some talented people from all ends of the spectrum. - Strong writing, art direction, and design standards at heart of the creative team. - Human resources department in SF is great given the overall situation. - You do get experience, and working at a poop show toughens you up

    Cons

    - We've been sued for not paying freelancers so watch out. - Working here sucks the soul out of you and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. - There's a bit of panic and suppressed fear in the air, you might not notice it until you've been working there for a bit. - With a lack of fun challenging projects, the creative team is left starving and fighting for scraps. - Layoffs are on the rise for an already small team. - Morale is at a all time low. - It's not unusual for creatives to work long hours with no help from other team members because 'it's not their account' - Office management and creative leadership want each-other gone which has created a divide between the departments - The merger has created some displacement between what role the SF office plays with the rest of the network as an activation team vs a strong brand campaign focus. - There is no new business department responsible for owning pitches and implementing the high standards and practices that wins new business relationships, instead it is lead by office management or through random leads, ie "I sat next to this guy on a plane and.." - Some favoritism going on, consciously or no it's not good practice.

    Advice to Management

Win multiple new business pitches, build momentum, and invest in the creatives. Give all art director / writers an at bat pitching new business everyone is talented and hungry for it. Put a stop to management issues.
