    Pros

You are exposed to an environment where food is manufactured, learning the intricate chemistry behind food engineering. The exposure to a manufacturing environment can also benefit any engineering student.

    Cons

The hours can be long as assignments are given, there is minimal opportunity to learn other parts of the business during the internship.

    Advice to Management

Students have a minimal attention span, an open-ended project can only be sustained if the students are continually challenged and regularly asked to report their findings.

    Pros

-A diverse work environment in terms of ethnicity and age
-Head office is located close to main highway so travelling is decent. Also there are lots of restaurants nearby

    Cons

    -Salary compensation is below average
-It is expected to work long hours with no overtime or other form of extra compensation for the hours

    Advice to Management

-Need better guidance on what the priorities are as there are times when it seems that every department needs sometime done
