    Pros

What i saw there was that, the atmosphere was conducive, attracting, and pleasant. The staff make you enjoyed your job. You will love being at work.

    Cons

The top Management does not do thorough research before they lay off/fire low level staff. for example if the supervisor have issue with his/her subordinates and complained to the top Managements, no proper investigations whatsoever would be carried out, but the basic/low level staff will go for it.

    Advice to Management

Please make a thorough investigations between Managers/supervisor and ordinary staff before they come to final decision/judgement on anyone.
