    Pros

There are no pros to work for this company. They suck and don't care about their employees or treating people fair. The salary is horrible unless you are on the Executive Team and the moral is very low.

    Cons

Where do I begin. It's so much wrong with this agency. Too much politics and good old boy system. Management is a joke.

    Advice to Management

Need work to incorporate work life balance. Opportunity for growth is limited. Listen to your employees. Do put out an employee survey asking how to improve management and then ignore the concerns.

  3. Used to be a great place to work where professionals could showcase skills and were valued....not the case anymore.

    Pros

Great work/life balance. Flexible schedules, management doesn't micro-manage. Job functions include working on various projects that affect agencies state-wide.

    Cons

Inconsistent with hiring practices. Executive management hires all her friends from SunTrust and pays them significantly higher salaries ($20,000+) than the current employees, to do the same work. HR doesn't try to level the playing field, they support it. New employees are brought in and treated as VIPs but don't have to get in the trenches and do the real work that keeps the agency running. They are hired into the same position but then treated as "advanced" level users who don't have to perform the true functions of the position. A whistle-blower waiting to happen!

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring all of your friends, and hanging out like "girlfriends" during work hours. It sends the wrong message to the rest of the staff and shows favortism.
