All in all a good place to work. Had good people, good talent, many opportunities to learn and just a good place

Employee retention is important

For a contractor, the job pays well and the work-life balance is not so bad. Our manager does look after our welfare to a certain extent.
Cons
Being a contractor means that there are certain privileges that you are not entitled to. Sometimes management fails to see the bigger picture of things.
Advice to Senior Management
Take some effort to retain staff. Knee-jerk reactions when people start leaving isn't really the best way to do it.

Not much growth can expect in salary, very few projects and not an ideal place to work

Few number of projects and resources, company growth is a big question ?

Management has to get more project outsourced to India.

Clear and concise role, responsibilities.
The work hours will not deviate. If you are scheduled to leave at 4pm, you will leave at 4pm.
Cons
It takes a lot of patience to deal with some of the clients. But it is the nature of the business.
Not much development, unless you consider the online learning.
The daily tasks do not change (at these positions).

Very Flexible woking conditions in time and location through the New Way of Working. Strong Senior Management brought in by parent KPN.

Not always sufficiently structured and professional. Customers not satisfied with overall Getronics Performance. IT infrastructure business not very sexy and appealing.

bring inmore good people and increase rotation amongst existing staff

red tape, bad reputation, lots of cost cutting does not make it easy to keep motivated and compete with others
