    Pros

The atmosphere is upbeat, modern, and the location is in the SOHO neighborhood in New York City. The people are friendly, and they love to mingle and partake in after-work activities. Overall excellent place to work.

    Cons

Salaries aren't generous, and bonuses are not guaranteed. Operations are broken up between New York City and the Corporate Headquarters in Seattle, WA. So you may hit a corporate ceiling depending on what department you're in, as they have centralized much of the operational roles in WA. Project Management is not streamlined.

    Advice to Management

Increase salaries, restructure some of the fundamentals in project management.

    Pros

Everyone is passionate about the work they do. It is rewarding to be surrounded by people who care so much. Having been here for as long as I have I expect things to change regulary and would think something was wrong if things got stagnant.

    Cons

We are the global leader in digital media creation and licensing. Our office could use a makeover.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. If there is a place to improve, it is with random acts of recognition.

    Pros

Great group of creative individuals. Fun environment with many great functions to keep the environment rewarding and gratifying. Good time off policies and health benefits. Lots of free food and candy.

    Cons

Separation of departments, sometimes it's hard to understand what other people in other departments are up to or actually do. It's an office situation so sometimes it can seem a bit monotonous. Lots of free food and candy.

    Advice to Management

Be nice to get a better idea of what each department does.

Very, very, very, busy. A bit overwhelming at times, but if you like technology, it is fun.

    Advice to Management

Stronger commitment to redundancy and operational stability.

    Pros

Fast pace, intelligent and creative workforce and an opportunity to work with a reasonable degree of autonomy.

    Cons

This is a pro and a con: you must be in a constant state of reaching beyond your comfort zone to meet expectations.

    Advice to Management

My advice is to do a better job of recognizing achievements that support growth of the business or that move the business forward.
