Advice to Senior Management
Hope you're enjoying Trinet!
Pros
they are flexible with work schedule
Cons

Advice to Senior Management
Keep what they are doing now
Pros
good compensation, ability to earn, good benefits, decent product
Cons
Could have been a great company. However, the pressure to satisfy Wall St. projections each quarter lead to management taking on bad risks (ultimately lead to financial insolvency), service teams being spread to thin (ultimately lead to high client and employee attrition rates), lack of sales direction (ridiculously high turnover at sales position). Very top down management style, would hire people with no experience and expect them to meet unrealistic quotas immediately. Disconnect between sales and service teams lead to a demoralized service team with too much work for their pay grade, ultimately the clients suffered.
Advice to Senior Management
Link sales and regional magement compensation closely with client retention or bad decisions will continue to be made, hire more service people or pay them more because retention is the name of the game in PEO.
Pros
Dedicated staff and middle management.
Cons
Lack of corporate vision and resulting inability to execute.
Advice to Senior Management
Show strong leadership and match the commitment to excellence exhibited by your staff.
Pros
lovely facility in beautiful setting, most people are friendly
Cons
schism between long-timers and new folks bringing new ideas and practices
Advice to Senior Management
stop churning through BDM's (sales staff) at such a ridiculous rate
Pros
Fair pay as compared to competitor companies
Cons
No feedback from upper management on performance
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to field employees
Pros
Pretty good benefits and compensation package.
Cons
The company doesn't know which direction it wants to go.
Upper management changes it's mind on a daily basis.
Advice to Senior Management
Decide what we are going to sell then stick to it.
