    Pros

easy job, good pay, get to hang out at the mall and not be too stressed out. applying the film can be oddly satisfying sometimes.

    Cons

why the heck are we not allowed to have chairs? this is ridiculous. i used to work for another company and it was fine, everything was great, then we got changed to ghost armor and they took away the chairs. this is totally the wrong way to go.

    Advice to Management

let us have chairs! i promise your sales will not decrease. taking away they chairs is the dumbest business decision i've ever seen in my life. your logic is totally flawed.

    Pros

its the easiest job in the world

    Cons

pitching is pointless and whatsapp is a horrible way to communicate to a team

    Advice to Management

whatsapp is really repetitive...also every day would be

I have been working at Ghost Armor part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Most people get along well, even if you usually don't see most of your coworkers. Company encourages chatting and motivating each other. Sales job, but large portion is walk up customers.

    Cons

Standing all day, some locations are outside. Sometimes gets ridiculous when the boss is trying to push you to get more sales but no one is at the mall to buy.

    Advice to Management

Understand that sometimes the mall is just slow, and no amount of pushing will increase those sales. Conduct market surveys before forcing changes onto employees and customers.

I worked at Ghost Armor full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I guess a pro would be that there arent really requirements for getting the job as far as past accomplishments or education.

    Cons

The company doesn't seem to run on a foundation of working hard and smart and more so just working hard and stupid.

    Advice to Management

Redo your entire groundwork for employment as well as understanding the route the company is headed and not just floating along some random path.

    Pros

No limit to how much money you can make. Long hours in a mall setting but good scenery makes the day go by fast

    Cons

none. The job is up to you to be successful. Good employees to work with. Would still work here if competition wasn't so tough

I worked at Ghost Armor full-time

    Pros

    Easy work, that's about it.

    Cons

Company doesn't pay on time. The only way to get promoted is who you know in management. Production/QC/Inventory is ran like a circus. Corporate, as well as the production supervisor, do nothing when problems arise. They changed the material used to a lower grade to "save money". They expect you to work overtime when needed, yet they do not pay you for your time (seriously, watch your hours and paychecks). Corporate plays favorites; it's all about the look and name vs. building a company. There are plenty of other jobs elsewhere!!

    Advice to Management

Start acting like a company, and pay your employees on time instead of renting limos to go to dinner parties and "sprucing up" the corporate front office

no opportunity. no pros. will not last with poor business practices.

    Cons

constantly late on paychecks. sell you on opportunity, but never follow through.
