Giant Eagle Reviews
-
Pros
Lots of different options, you do not have to be in the same place for the rest of your life
Cons
Not always given the chance to give and receive feedback in a timely manner. Not always aware of what the plan is and why things are happening.
Advice to Senior Management
Allow the people to do their jobs. There are as many good ideas out in the field as there are coming from the corporate desks.
