I worked at Giant Food Stores full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It was simple job position. I worked as a produce stocker. So very simple, take out bad fruit and replace with better fruit. People I worked with were nice and sociable.

    Cons

Bad fruits are disgusting to touch. Replace a lot of fruits. Hard labor if you aren't prepared for it. Long hours.

    Advice to Management

Management needs better incentive for worker. It's a very tiring job.
