Gibson has taken a huge hit due to the economy, and the management is not handling it well. They are laying off the wrong people, and allowing the cliques in the company to call the shots. If you do not belong to the "right" group, then your job is at risk, because those are the people who are making the decisions right now.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a step back and look around and find out what is really going on in your organization. You are putting the wrong people in charge, and they are ruining your business and its reputation. At the rate you are going, you will probably be bankrupt by the end of the year. You should include the partners in the overall decision making, especially when it comes to hiring and firing personnel.
