I have been working at Gibson Oilfield Services full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

If you work hard, we play harder! A Roustabout Company that cares about it's employees and customers. Striving to be the best at everything we do all the time.

    Cons

The only thing I found thus far is the normal stuff... egos, hens, and sometimes long hours.

    Pros

Nice Office and pretty girls to talk to in there.

    Cons

White, pretty, and able to sell yourself? Well, you will fit right in. The family is running the company and if you threaten any of them in any way you will be terminated. If there is a hot job and you are over hours on driving you better do the job and rig your books or you will soon be looking for work. Everyone is replaceable.
