Former Employee – worked at Gigantic Color
Pros – Fact: Gigantic Color listed on your resumè can get you a better job with better pay and better benefits elsewhere!
Cons – The title "Digital Specialist" is misleading. Be prepared to do management's duties as well as your own "described" job.
Advice to Senior Management – Take time to actually listen to your employee's ideas and grievances. It may gain true employee loyalty.

Current Employee – been working at Gigantic Color
Pros – Its a job, like someone else said, it pays the bills . They do help pay insurance but it still cost about $1200 a month for a family.
Cons – No one really seems in charge, we redo almost everything.
Advice to Senior Management – Maybe do drug testing or alcohol testing.

Pros – Really not much other than it is a job.
Cons – No advancement, no raises, only hours cut, no evaluations, they give all the money and benefits to family members who work the least amount of hours.
Advice to Senior Management – Appreciate the worker or sell the company to someone who does.
