    Pros

    Small multinational so u can see all the picture from the company and participate in a lot of procceses

    Cons

    In my city is still a little company so there are not too much jobs vacancy or a way to climb.

    support on studies, more benefits for study lenguages not just english.

    Nice colleagues, good location, ood company, a lot to do and make a diference

    Cons

    Company changed hands twice in a year. new Owners meddling in everything making it extremely difficult to perform. Low compensation

    Let the professionals do their thing.

    You can be your self , very strong R&D , very good products,High motivated team work on all levels

    leadership exist but hidden , not focused enough, started beeing not sales oriented company and processes become the target!! salaries are not that good !!

    Return to be sales oriented company!!

    Pros

    Positive work environment. Freedom of expression. Experienced personnel and people to learn from. People are not afraid to transfer knowledge. Hard work is always rewarded. Interesting projects.

    Cons

    Nothing more than in any other companies - information flow between departments is not the best, car program is more expensive than in other companies.

    More investment in innovative ideas and technologies
