Pros – Unlike some of their competitors, Gilbert Tweed Associates senior leadership team provided a clear compensation structure. compensation was based on percentage of sales and payment cashflows were clearly defined.
Cons – The firm is definitely a New York finacially focused recruiting company. It is clear from the practices and marketing methods that they are only comfortable with aggressive, in your face marketing and do not understand the value of busienss development needed for most professional services.
Advice to Senior Management – Stick to executive recruiting in the financial services industry.
