    -Great internship program: you receive a mentor that helps lead you through your intern project
    -Intern project: each intern gets a project that helps them produce something substantial for their department
    -Fantastic leadership: they trust you to do a great job, but are always open to questions
    -Corporate culture: friendly and motivated

    work a lot, sometimes lacking in support functions, have to do a lot of leg work to hear communications at times

    Great pipeline, fast-moving, less bureaucratic than Big Pharma, flat hierarchies so lots of exposure to senior management

    High workload, slow to adopt technological innovation, tendency of management to micromanage

    -You work with bright, driven people
    -Your work helps save lives
    -The company has stellar leadership
    -The growth rate is exciting and exhilerating

    -If you're looking for work-life balance, look elsewhere
    -Most employees are pretty shy so it can take awhile to meet people

    Don't rest on your laurels, there are still scientific barriers to be overcome and you'll need to continue to make bold, but intelligent, moves to stay ahead of the competition

    Compensation is respectable; Pay for performance
    Very defined culture (it is either for you or not)
    Very smart peers/colleagues so you can learn a lot here
    Job Security- great pipeline and company is growing faster than infrastructure can accommodate
    Company value and therefore total compensation

    Low rewards/recognition
    Must prepared to work a lot of hours
    Everyone is doing the job of 2 people
    Lots of turnover
