Pros
You have the opportunity to work with a high caliber of people who are dedicated to research and giving to the community. They strive to do the right thing within the business model.
Cons
Multiple voices needing to be heard can derail the decision making process. Doesn't appear that upper management will take a stand amongst themselves.
Advice to Senior Management
You can't make everyone happy so it is better to just take a stand and stick with it. Communicate decisions to the front line and discuss the potential risks and benefits. Become more united.
