    - large company and stable
    - nice cafeteria and campus

    Cons

    - no support from senior management
    - one most know how to back-stab others to get ahead
    - most be aggressive and play the political games to get ahead

    Advice to Senior Management

    - asking too much of your employees can sometimes backfire.
    - encourage bad management style can hurt the company in long run
