    Pros

Good people, committed to their responsibilities and the vast majority very excited about working for one of the most prominent names in fashion, if not the most prominent.

    Cons

Perpetual failure to reciprocate the commitment of employees. A commitment to developing existing employees is lacking for the most part. Merit increases are few and far between resulting in the best associates moving on frequently in order to develop their careers and keep salaries on pace with their skills and experience.

    Advice to Management

Commit to business plans and see them through. Employee top managers who have significant experience in American market. Engage the entire company in developing initiatives, rather than managing by the mushroom technique.

    Pros

Decent salary including clothing allowance. Exposure to almost all areas of the company.

    Cons

Lack of true leadership. No clear objectives either company wide or for individuals. Transparency and communication was terrible.

    Advice to Management

Have defined goals for the company and individuals. Then actually measure progress along the way. Communicate progress to employees so they know if they are headed in the right direction.

A great start up for a luxury retail. 50% employees discount on cloths and 40% discount on perfumes and beauty products. Great benefits, 401K.

A lot of responsibilities as a manager on the top of the sales. Very hard to manage a personal life with a lot of overtime hours.

    Pros

Good discount on clothes and other items

You simply will not find an ideal, quality manager in a retail environment and just because this is luxury, does not make it different.
