ProsI enjoy the person I work for and the company hasn't given me any problems.

ConsWell I was promised one rate of pay but I am receiving a lower rate of pay after the second pay check I brought it to there attention. I was told it would be taken care of but it has not been corrected yet after 5 months of work. as a former payroll manager I was never allowed to not fix a problem like that immediately.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake good care of your employees and they will make your life easier.
