“It's a great time to be a part of Glassdoor”
Current Employee – been working at Glassdoor full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great leadership, smart & driven coworkers, tons of perks (fully stocked kitchen, unlimited PTO, ping pong!), frequent social events, casual environment. Execs have an open door policy and really listen to employee feedback & suggestions. Sales team is a bright group of young go-getters for the most part. It's been a fun ride so far!
Cons – Still in startup mode so change comes fast and frequently.
Advice to Senior Management – Stay focused on the core mission and continue to deliver great products to the market.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
