    Pros

Mission of the company is drilled down from the top as to why we are all working here. Good breadth of career opportunities and an excellent grad programme that seeks to give grads exposure to the whole business. Good perks and flexible working policy.

    Cons

Sometimes progression is determined by tenure or people you know rather than capability. This is a very broad generalisation based on my experience in a small part of the business.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time talking to your employees, particularly further down the management chain. They often know more than you might expect!

    Pros

Brilliant experience lots of rotations to broaden expertise. True inclusion and diversity lived and breathed. HR lead by example on diversity and disability inclusion something few companies do. Disabled employees fully included best in class in private sector. Employees always happy to learn and build skills from others and open to employees suggestions.

    Cons

Hours could sometimes be long but flexible working helps this.

    Advice to Management

Keep focusing on the positive disability employer of choice. It's leading to great talent being hired and developed and great sense of purpose for employees.

    Pros

Strong ethical guidelines for employees in the face of issues that have arisen over the past 2-3 years. Good benefits, flexible management. Good communication from leadership.

    Cons

Being such a large company, the level of bureaucracy can be frustrating. Also, I've seen a few programs be outsourced to other countries, which is disappointing.

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on developing the workforce, continue to develop training opportunities for existing employees to increase workplace satisfaction.

    Pros

    Great pay and great benefits

    Cons

Management and upper management spent too much of their time in meetings trying to make decisions. Someone just needs to make the final decision and stop wasting value time and money!
