    I worked at Glemser Technologies

    Pros

Many of the consultants I came to know were some of the brightest minds I have had the pleasure of meeting.

    Cons

The company's annual performance review process is weighted towards subjective issues causing confusion on job description and quality goals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Performance reviews, as with any test or measurement tool, is best thought of as a learning tool for all concerned. Objective rating topics help employees fulfill company needs.

    I worked at Glemser Technologies

    Pros

Have a wonderful, award-winning product series. Company employs brilliant technology folks.

    Cons

Started as family-owned business and has perpetuated culture of "favorites."
Senior management micromanages like no other company I have ever seen.
If you are not senior management or in the technology department you "don't count"
    and are certainly not respected.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Won't offer any advice since management wouldn't seriously consider any constructive criticism anyway. Company might want to consider changing culture to one of tolerance and inclusion.
