Pros

There is a lot of pride associated with knowing that you are serving the men and women that serve our country. The rank and file people are really great but very frustrated.

Cons

Lack of communication, lack of compensation. Limited career growth. There is a lot of secret. behind closed doors type meetings that ultimately are about ways to line the pockets of upper management and testing lower level employees to see how much they will tollorate before quiting. The company is completely top heavy. Pilots accuse mangement of extreem greed. Management accuses pilots of the same. They are both right.

Advice to Senior Management

Change. Diversify. Be more creative and listen to new ideas. You can suceed. The power to do so is yours.
