Advice to Senior Management – Sell the company. I came in with a group of 4 people Only 1 person remains and odds are that person will leave their employment. The ability to make a living for a new sales person is extremely limited as the tenured sales reps have the largest account base and anybody new will be hard pressed to pay their monthly expenses at home. When the clock strikes 5:30 PM which is their end time the entire sales force caravans out like a bunch of wilderbeast if that doesn't tell the story of how bad morale is then I don't know what will.
