Excellent organizational culture with relatively high standards while still maintaining a fun collegial atmosphere.

Cons – Not very clear parameters/ paths for career progression.
Job titles sometimes don't clearly reflect job roles and responsibilities of staff holding those positions.
Recent economic downturn translated into greater workload without equivalent increase in staff size

Advice to Senior Management – Improve management ability to ensure roles are well differentiated and defined especially for staff rising from within the ranks into middle management positions.

Upper-level leadership is very supportive and actively advocates for staff members at school sites. The organization has a lot of rich training resources that are easily accessible to employees. Employees are very dynamic and have inspiring life and work experiences, and exhibit a commitment to social justice in their professional and personal lives. Overall, this is a great place to learn, impact, and be inspired.
