    Pros

Fun Company, Location, Benefits, get time off up front, if you network you will grow

    Cons

Pay, management is not the best, layoffs come pretty regular and Room to grow

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay should be more than what it is, plus room to grow stop sending jobs overseas. Company sticks to it's values, the call center is great for entry level for students but they pay is not the best. Make sure you network with other managers and departments if you want to grow. When I started in the call center in 2007 I was making $12.44 buy the time I was a loss investigator I was making $19.01 in 2013.

I worked at Global Payments full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Good pay, good benefits. Paid holidays. Meet some cool people and acquired some good connections.

    Cons

Unbelievable amount of politics at this company. Everyone has a agenda, good work is not rewarded nor appreciated. Middle management is a joke. Outdated old technologies and unwillingness to learn anything new. MICRO MANAGEMENT like I've never seen before. If you have to go to the bathroom you better tell someone. Working here will suck the spirit right out of you.
