Pros – Global Shop Solutions is a family-run, family-oriented business. Flexible schedules are allowed. Recognition is given for accomplishments and hard work. Employees tend to stay for a long time because it is a great place to work. Women and men are both treated equally. Profit sharing is available for all employees. If you live in the Woodlands, it is a great commute to work.
Cons – Not a lot of room for advancement since employees stay.
Advice to Senior Management – More communication is needed between departments.

Pros – I would consider Global Shop one of the greatest companies that anyone could ever work for. The environment and people that work there is what makes me excited to go to the office every morning and work my hardest. I have never been around such a professional, encouraging, motivating and loving group of people. Business is always booming and no one should pass up the opportunities that Global Shop has to offer.
Cons – The bagels that are brought in every Friday morning are not helping my diet!

Current Employee – been working at Global Shop Solutions
Pros – Low employee turnover rate, co-workers are greate to work with, family run, quarterly profit sharing with employees, good work enviorment (location is great if you live on the north side of Houston)
Cons – family run (what they say goes - it's their business), lack of training - learn as you go enviroment, communication between employees
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the customers and employees more on topics that need to be addressed with the customers. Sales tends to dictate changes to the software instead of the existing customers\users.
