    Pros

Great people to work with. Plenty of opportunity to grow within the company. Buildings all over the world. Great hands on experience.

  11. Care for employees both full time and part time

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

    - Care about their employees - Competitive pay - Decent benefits - Discount tickets to events/free tickets in some cases - Management acts professional towards employees - Work in one facility then it's easy to get work in other Global facilities

    Cons

    - Pay varies between facilities depending on contract with facility owners - Parking not always free to employees at certain venues

    Advice to Management

Don't let your employees suffer at venues where the contract with the building owners is less than ideal. Paying for parking and not being allowed to drink a certain type of coffee is not a freelancers problem to deal with.
