I worked at Global Technical Talent as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

Had a good lead to a good short contract position.

    Cons

Spoke with 3 people on a position, not a single person had the same details about the position, during the interview with the client, the client stated he had had issues with their other prospects, they (Global Technical Talent) then lied to me about rate, length of contract and the owner/CEO even lied about who he was in the company, representing himself as a VP and NOT the CEO
Very bad bait and switch, lying and ZERO business ethic whatsoever....AVOID THIS RECRUITER LIKE THE PLAGUE...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get your ducks in a row, get your employees on the same page, stop misrepresenting yourself to potential employees, TAKE A BUSINESS ETHICS COURSE and send your employee's as well.
Research your client just as you expect potential employees to, be honest and up front with potential employees.
Above all, stop lying and double talking your potential employees and get to KNOW your clients needs so you do not mis-represent to a potential employee.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
