Pros
I have very positive impression working here.
1. I don't see the limits for professional development here for those who what to grow.
2. It's very good that the management supports reasonable initiatives.
3. Cool people and environment
Cons
The company doesn't invest enough in its personnel, i.e. the crowd of highly professional people working in hi-tech doesn't get proper trainings, certification programs provided by the company. As a result, people don't feel that the management takes care of them. Cool offices is a good thing but it is like a bright wrap, the next step is to change the focus on more serious things.
Advice to Senior Management
Start investing in creating a really learning organization!

No recognition and respect for longevity (people stayed in GlobalLogic for more than 5 years are asked to go without good severance package)

Global leadership should bring in good leadership in India having human touch.

Flexibility in working hr, Work from home facility.
Cons
IT is not Technical people driven company but getting run/drive by HR/resourcing people.
Sudden ramp down in project result in reducing pool size. To save Noida they shut down Pune.

It is good place to work for if you want flexi timing and you want to work from home. HR Policies are employee friendly.

The so called core values are just for wall decoration. Sr. Management should be fired for not doing their work. No communication channel is EVER followed in GL.

Kick out the entire INDIA Sr. Management Team. They have failed the employees expectation over and over again. People sitting in Noida feels they are the only one who bring business in GL and rest are fools.

-> Company works in, R&D services. So you can have experience somewhat like product development
-> Good work life balance and flexi timings
-> Openness and transparency
-> Facilities

-> Very average salary (if you want to earn handsome pkg, don't come here)
-> Grades / posts are just for namesake
-> Not much for retaining employees

Instead of converting this R&D services company in body shopping services company, try make better product portfolio. Consider retaining the existing employees with better salaries.

Extremely employee friendly, allows employees to take ownership, less hierarchy, excellent process management, competitive salary structure, excellent reward policies
Cons
Though salary structure is good, perks are limited, might be owing to tax complications. Delivery Management should be provided more flexibility and autonomy as well as more accountability.

De-centralize.
Pros
It's leaders of IT industry and very good outsourcing company. I like it because of good social package and good job perspectives.
Cons
One project can be good, another - bad. So You should look attentively if the project, You want to work is fine enough.
