Pros – Good culture, at least it was when i was there
Cons – Bad Salary, and they no longer offer stock options as far as I know
Advice to Senior Management – Good people do ccome cheap

Pros – It depends on project you are working on. I've have experienced good attitude to development teams from HR and management. I had the best workstation in my life there. The have really attractive offices.
Cons – Work conditions and career opportunities really depends on project.

Flexible working hours.
Cons – Can fire you if you are not needed. You have to show your value at every point of time..
Advice to Senior Management – Can improve the process of appraisal for lower bands.

Cons – Sometimes hectic schedule may obstruct work life balance, however flexi timings takes care of the rest

Pros – Working at GlobalLogic is a pleasant experience. There is not much pressure. The flexible timings and work from home options are great.
Cons – The management is not very well qualified. Its not awe inspiring or motivational.
Advice to Senior Management – Get people from top management schools to manage projects.

2. Employee centric in terms of benefits and L&D
3. Good Work Life balance
Cons – 1. Biggest - No Salary Increments as per standards/Low Appraisal Record compared to Market
2. You need to be in your tows to make your work-balance
3. No Support domain policies
Advice to Senior Management – 1. Please provide 360 degrees feedback in Support domain in annual apprasail
2. Please consider band 1 &2 employee Feedbacks
