The company was great until they merged with another company

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) West Caldwell, NJ

ProsGreat people to work with, knowledgeable staff, great product lines

ConsMicro management - everyone has a Mgr / Supervisor position. Whats the saying - too many chiefs & not enough Indians ? The Co merged & the place took 2 steps back

Advice to Senior ManagementWorry about what you do personally before you judge your employees - if you dont set a good example, you wont have good results from your staff.

    Started out good, but faded

    Service Technician (Former Employee)

ProsGood product specific training and technical support.

ConsLow mileage reimbursement, promotion opportunities with lateral pay, no merit raises for 2009/10/11/12 even when announcing profits. 20% pay cuts with loss of bonuses and 30% reduction of mileage reimbursement since 2009.

Advice to Senior ManagementDo not ask employees to share a business expense without the prospect of sharing a business profit! Try recognition if you cannot offer merit raises.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
