best parts - lots of individual responsibility, travel, upward mobility. Worked at multiple locations but stayed in the Detroit Area.

    Pros

    There are no pros whatsoever

    Cons

A very unprofessional organisation. People do not respond to emails or attend meetings. Projects are a joke, very disorganized and rushed with no emphasis on quality. Senior Managers do not have the right people skills. I once had to escalate to a senior manager who instead being discreet, forwarded on my email chain to the member and their manager who was at fault. Senior managers are snooty, they think they are better than you whereas in fact they are being paid less than you so there is no need for that type of behaviour. Not a culturally diverse organisation in terms of senior level manager structure. A very poor place to work, avoid.

    Advice to Management

Stop acting snooty and walking around like you are the bees knees when in fact you are terrible at your job and in moving this organisation forward.
